Hello everyone! My name is Jayda and I am a 7th grade student here at AdVENTURE. This is my 2nd year attending AdVENTURE STEM i'm just so happy to be attending an amazing school. It has been a crazy adventure at this school the projects, the friends, and the memories are priceless. This school has changed a lot since last year new teachers, new classmates, and new technology although I thought AdVENTURE couldn't get any better it always does whether it's just better projects or better technology this school never seems to upset me everything is always changing. After being here for a year I have realized that AdVENTURE is not like any other schools it's more engaging this school makes me want to come to school everyday it’s all because AdVENTURE seems to exceed my expectations each day.

First, being an AdVENTURE student means to be collaborative with everyone.Being collaborative with everyone just means that you are able to work with EVERYONE because here at there are  many group projects and in some projects you are able to pick your partners and in other you are not able to, so being able to collaborate well with everyone gives you a better chance of having an amazing outcome. It also means that you are always contributing to  your group in some way. What I mean by that is that everyone should put in a fair amount of work into your project because no one likes people who don’t do anything in a project and people also don't like having to do all the work on the TEAM'S project.

Secondly, you have to be cooperative. I have learned that a key element to being successful in AdVENTURE is that you have to have an open mind because trust me people aren't always going to agree with you all the time. This will definitely work in group projects because with groups you have to listen to everyone ideas or you could be missing out on a great idea and also for groups to run smoothly everyone has to listen to each other.

Lastly, you have to be very responsible. In AdVENTURE you have to have a lot of responsibility because there are a lot of projects so you have to be responsible enough to balance them all out but still have enough time for other after school activities you might have or just some free time because trust me everyone needs free time every once in awhile. You also have to responsible enough to turn in all your work on time due to the new “Once a Zero Always a Zero” policy once you get a zero it stays that way unless you were absent or have a good reason and you parents have to be aware of your zero and send a letter/email.  You always have to be responsible especially in class because there are a lot of distractions but you  just have to be responsible enough to stay on task and finish whatever you have to get done.

In the end AdVENTURE will be very beneficial for the future because the future will be run by technology and knowing how to use it and how everything works will allow you to have more opportunities for success. I would recommend AdVENTURE for everyone who is willing to work hard and be as successful as they can be which then we will be able to reach our goal to TAKE OVER THE WORLD!!!
